easygrading is the further development of the job grading system according to Paterson. This internationally recognized method is easily comprehensible and can be implemented quickly. It can be updated at any time if needed.
The positions in the company are determined by easygrading in two steps.
Evaluation of the positions
Step one is the position evaluation. This is a two-stage process: First, each position will be valued on a distinct scale (A to F). Second, the placement on the continuum will be determined
Verify the results
After all positions are evaluated, the result is verified using the cross comparison matrix and, where necessary, you are able to made modifications.
At the end of this process, all positions of the company are classified harmoniously.
